A Brief of eSignature

  • eSignature allows users to sign documents electronically. The signature image is stored against the record in Business Central.
  • The eSignature application provides direct signature input without the need for postage. It is suitable for any business that requires some form of signature input on a frequent basis.
  • The application can be used by internal staff and external clients and comes off the shelf with standard document support.
  • To comply to the GDPR, the eSignature application stores signatures with a retention time frame, which can be manually set. When the signature is created, an expiry date stamp is assigned to the signature.
